Our Daisy Garland epilepsy monitor will make such a difference to our lives, giving reassurance at bedtime and easing my worry about not hearing if Joshua is having a seizure. This journey has been an emotional rollercoaster, often leaving me exhausted while still trying to carry on with everyday life and work. It can feel very lonely, as it’s hard for others to truly understand the impact seizures have, and how every sound or movement at night puts you on edge, often leading to lost sleep through anxiety. This will also give Joshua back his independence at night, which is so important as he grows. It truly feels like a weight has been lifted off my chest. Thank you to everyone at Daisy Garland for your continued support and for being such an incredible charity.
