Ingredients

40g Courgette, raw

10g KetoCal 4:1 Powder - Unflavoured (Available on prescription)

8g Egg, yolk

10g Olive oil

         

Method

1. Coat the sliced courgettes with beaten egg yolk.

2. Then coat the courgettes with KetoCal.

3. Fry in the olive oil. Don’t forget to add the oil from the pan to the cooked chips!
