Ingredients

50g Ketocal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla) Available on prescription

75g butter, unsalted

50g eggs, whole, raw

70g almonds, ground

15g psyllium husk

50g sweetener, Truvia

3g cinnamon, ground

1g nutmeg, ground

2g ginger, ground

                         

Method

1. Weigh all ingredients.

2. Beat butter until fluffy. Add eggs and all other ingredients and mix.

3. Knead dough with hands to get it smooth.

4. Roll out dough between two cling film pieces.

5. Use a star cookie cutter and place cookies on a lined baking tray.

6. Pre-heat oven to 170c.

7. Bake for 10 minutes.

8. Remove from oven and wait until cooled.

9. Decorate with keto chocolate if you’d like!
