Ingredients

10g chickpeas, canned and drained

20g British beef bone marrow (Waitrose)

15g creamed coconut (Blue Dragon)

4g garam masala

20g cauliflower raw

4g beef dripping

Method

1. Add bone marrow to a frying pan with beef dripping and garam masala.

2. Steam cauliflower and leave to one side.

3. Mix bone marrow, dripping, cauliflower and drained chickpeas together.

4. Blend until smooth.
