Ingredients

50g Fiber flour

25g Lard

10g Water, distilled

         

Method

1. Rub the lard into the flour until it looks likes breadcrumbs.

2. Add the water and mix until you have a soft dough.

3. Chill for 30 minutes, roll and use for any tart cases or as a pie crust.
